02-logging-in

Before you start #

You need three things: the URL of your Bizuno install (for example, https://bizuno.yourcompany.com/ or https://demo.bizuno.com/), a user email that has been added in Bizuno’s user list, and a password for that account. If your administrator just set you up, you may have received a welcome email with these details.

The login flow #

Bizuno uses a two-step login:

  1. Open the Bizuno URL in any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge — recent versions).
  2. On the first screen, type your email address into the single input field and choose your language from the dropdown (the default is English (US)). Click Next →.
  3. On the second screen, type your password and click Sign In.

Once signed in you land on the Home dashboard.

Language and locale #

The language dropdown on the first screen sets the language for that session only. To make a language change stick for your account, update it under My Profile → Options → General → Language after you’re signed in (see Your user profile & preferences).

Forgot your password? #

If you’ve forgotten your password, ask your Bizuno administrator to reset it from Admin → Users. Bizuno will email you a new temporary password that you should change after signing in (My Profile → Signoff PIN is the password field — see the profile article for details).

Session behavior #

Your session stays active while you’re working. If you’re idle for long enough, Bizuno will ask you to sign in again — this is normal and protects your data on shared computers. You can sign out manually any time from the user menu in the top-right corner → Sign Out.

Signing in on the demo site #

If you’re exploring demo.bizuno.com, note that the demo is shared — anything you enter or change can be seen by other demo users and may be reset periodically. Treat it as a playground. For real work, you want your own Bizuno install.

Troubleshooting #

“Invalid email” on step 1 — Check for typos and extra spaces. Email addresses are case-sensitive in some installs. If you’re sure it’s right, your account may not exist yet — ask your administrator to add you under Admin → Users.

“Invalid password” on step 2 — Caps Lock is the usual culprit. Three failed attempts in a row may briefly lock the account; wait a minute and try again, or ask your administrator to reset.

Page keeps redirecting to the login screen — Your session timed out. Sign in again. If it happens repeatedly, third-party cookies may be blocked in your browser — enable cookies for the Bizuno domain.

The language dropdown only shows English — Your administrator hasn’t added additional language packs yet. That’s set in the admin configuration.
