The Customers Dashboard is the landing page for everything you do with the people and businesses who buy from you. It’s the first screen that loads when you click Customers in the left menu.

What you can do here #
- See at a glance who owes you money, who has open orders, and who you haven’t heard from in a while.
- Jump to any customer record or sales document with one click.
- Open any of the sub-screens — Customer Manager, Sales Manager, Returns, Order Fulfillment, Prices, Projects, Promotions, Reports — from the left sub-menu.
The sub-menu under Customers #
Clicking Customers in the left menu expands it into these options:
- Dashboard — this screen.
- Manager — the searchable list of all customers.
- Sales Manager — every quote, order, invoice, and credit memo.
- Returns — customer returns (credit memos) and their status.
- Order Fulfillment — the pick/pack/ship queue for open sales orders.
- Prices Manager — per-customer and per-price-sheet pricing overrides.
- Projects — long-running customer engagements (e.g., a custom bike build that spans weeks).
- Promotions — time-limited discounts and coupon codes.
- Reports — PhreeForm reports grouped by customer.
Useful widgets to enable on this dashboard #
The dashboard is empty out of the box. Click the user avatar in the top bar and choose Manage Dashboards, pick Customers from the category list, and add:
- Aged Receivables — shows who’s overdue, bucketed 0/30/60/90+.
- Open Sales Orders — orders that still need fulfillment.
- Recent Invoices — the last 10 invoices posted.
- Top Customers — biggest accounts by YTD sales.
- Customer Birthdays — handy for a shop like Ridgeline Cycles where a card or a free tune-up goes a long way.
Important: Widgets only show data you have permission to see. If a team member can’t find a widget, check their role in Admin → Security → Roles.
