Welcome
This is the Bizuno community forum. It’s the right place to ask a question about installing, using, or customizing Bizuno; to share a workflow or a PhreeForm template; or to meet other people running the same software you are.
A few short rules keep the forum useful:
- One question per topic. A tangent belongs in its own thread.
- Include your Bizuno version, install platform, and the exact error when you report a problem. The first reply is almost always “what version are you on?” — get ahead of it.
- Bugs get logged on GitHub. The forum is for “did I configure this right?”; GitHub is for “this is definitely broken in the code.” Either one can lead to the other — link between them.
- Be kind. We remove hostile, low-effort, or self-promotional posts without discussion.
New accounts’ first two posts sit in a moderation queue so spam doesn’t bury real conversations. That usually clears within a day. If your first post hasn’t appeared within 48 hours, email da********@*******ft.com.
Full moderation rules are pinned in Announcements.
Where to post
- Announcements — read-only; major releases, security notes, and project updates land here.
- Install & Setup — one sub-forum per platform (Docker, Windows, LAMP, ISPConfig, macOS).
- Accounting & Modules — Customers, Vendors, Inventory, Banking & GL, Quality Management.
- Customization — PhreeForm templates, custom fields, and integrations (Shopify / Woo / Stripe).
- Bugs & Feature Requests — discussion before or alongside a GitHub issue.
- Show & Tell — shops sharing wins, templates, workflows.
- Off-Topic — lightly moderated; helps the community form.

Faster than the forum, sometimes
- Docs: the 71-article manual answers most day-to-day questions. Try the search box at the top of the docs first.
- GitHub: issues and pull requests live at github.com/bizuno. Reproducible bugs and code proposals belong there.
- Commercial support: if you’d rather pay a human than wait for a forum reply, PhreeSoft Support covers hosted Bizuno, consulting, and custom development.
Who runs the forum
Keymasters (admins) and moderators are listed on their bbPress profiles. At launch, Dave Premo is the only keymaster. Moderators are hand-picked from active, helpful community members after a few months of sustained participation — no applications, no rush. If that’s you, keep showing up; someone will notice.
